Our Policies
Monthly subscription plans (Basic $200, Standard $250, Premium $300) are billed monthly, prior to delivery. All subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. The one-time Demo Tiffin ($15) is a final sale upon order confirmation and cannot be refunded.
Delivery address changes or temporary pauses in service require 24 hours' advance notice before your scheduled cut-off time. We are committed to 100% biodegradable containers and bags; proper disposal helps maintain our environmental promise.
